Terms and Conditions

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations – Refunds and cancellations will not be honored after 48 hours from the date your shed was purchased. Due to the custom nature of our product, She She Sheds are not returnable.

Delivery – Delivery time for most sheds is estimated at 4-8 weeks after purchase to the date of shipment. Delivery dates may vary due to component availability, unforeseen weather events or holidays. She She Sheds does not assume any responsibility for changes to delivery made by the shipping company, including unforeseen delays. Shed delivery times are also subject to final selections, approvals and payments. An estimated delivery date will be sent via e-mail following purchase.

Shipping Procedures – To accept delivery of your shed, please familiarize yourself with our shipping procedures. Delivery of your shed may require you to provide offloading assistance as outlined.

Warranties – All She She Sheds are backed by a 1-year (12 month) limited warranty covering material defects and workmanship. The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance, failure to follow site preparation instructions, failure to follow assembly instructions or defects caused during assembly. Installation by a professional contractor is recommended. Proper maintenance, including painting any pre-primed, unpainted sheds upon assembly with an exterior-quality 100% acrylic latex paint is required to validate the warranty. Additional manufacturer warranties apply to our roofing (metal and shingle roofs carry 40 year manufacturer defect warranties) and trim and siding components (50 year manufacturer defect warranty) included with your She She Shed.

Design Updates – She She Sheds reserves the right to make minor changes to shed designs based on, but not limited to, raw material availability and shipping efficiencies. Sheds delivered may appear slightly different than pictured on our website as a result.

Recommendations – She She Sheds LLC. recommends carrying additional insurance for sheds in the event of circumstances that may result in damage, such as, but not limited to, natural catastrophic events, subsequent moving of the shed, etc.

Changes to Terms of Sale – Occasionally, we may make changes to these Terms of Sale. If we make changes, we will post them on our website so that our customers are up to date on any such changes.
