Shipping Policy
Inspect Upon Delivery!
She She Sheds contracts with trusted 3rd party shippers to deliver sheds nationwide! These shippers are affiliates of She She Sheds; however they are not controlled by She She Sheds. Therefore, all clients are asked to CAREFULLY INSPECT ALL SHEDS AND PACKAGES when they arrive, PRIOR TO SIGNING the shipping documents provided. If damage is not notated on the shipping documents She She Sheds has no recourse to file a shipping claim therefore making replacement parts very challenging to fulfill. This responsibility of inspection is requested of the Client. If nothing is notated on the shipping documents then the client signature will be an indication that the items ordered did, in fact, arrive without any damage during shipping. We are grateful for your cooperation!
Shipment:
Our sheds ship on a flatbed truck. The offloading process can be accomplished in two ways; 1. by using a forklift or tractor to offload the large pallet at once, or 2. by having 3-4 non-disabled individuals willing to help carefully unload 1 panel at a time. The process takes ~60 minutes.
What To Expect From Shipments:
Due to the fact that these trucks are relatively uncommon you should expect your shed to ship out between 1-10 business days from the date you are informed of your shed’s completion. You should also expect a call from the trucking company to set up a timeframe for your delivery so you can plan accordingly. Flatbed truck drivers will allow for up to 2 hours for you to remove your shed before additional charges may incur.
